Had my second experience with this store a day or so back. They had a new product I wanted to try and it was delivered to my doorstep in approximately 90 minutes. Delivery (in my experience) is faster than other stores and the driver(s) was always very friendly. Overall great experiences with Jackpot, I’d shop again. Great customer service, polite staff and the option for delivery is extremely convenient.

The staff is helpful & front friendly. There is a large selection of product. The value is great. There is only street parking available. The store is open late and it’s in a good location.

Overall, I'm pretty impressed. Their customer service is generally excellent and their delivery service is amazing for people with disabilities and accessibility issues like myself. My only issue is you can't change online rders in progress even if made within the last five minutes .. Other than apparently conveniently being able to add items, even if you call - you just can't change or remove items. This doesn't line up with other dispensaries and seems like a pretty arbitrary policy, or a CSR not wanting to put in effort.
